全球最完善城市迪拜位居第三

迪拜：新球环球调查首席专家称，过去5年，医疗保健、更多的文化产品供应、基础设施创造和政治与经济稳定趋势已助迪拜成为全球第三大最进步的杰出城市。

“宜居排名和2015年8月报告概述”经济学家情报单位主编JonCopestake告诉告诉GulfNews，迪拜较长时间内继续改善生活措施的水平已大幅提高。

在过去的五年中，Copestake所指的迪拜在10大最完善城市中排名居第三位，根据Harare的调查，津巴布韦排名最好，依次是加德满都，尼泊尔即将排第二位。

Copestake说：“过去12个月，迪拜的改善一直显得微不足道--只有0.5%，但过去的五年，该比例会更为飞速增长。这在很大程度上反映了文化的可利用性。迪拜正吸引着越来越多的国际艺术家和体育盛事，这反映出它作为一个区域投资，外籍工人和零售业目的地而正在提升的地位。”

JonCopestake, EconomistIntelligence UnitEditorofthe“LiveabilityRankingandOverviewReportAugust2015”told GulfNews thatDubai’scontinuedimprovedlifemeasuresoverthelongertermhavebeensubstantial.

CopestakewasreferringtoDubai’sthird-placerankinginalistof10most-improvedcitiesinthelastfiveyears,accordingtothesurveywithHarare,Zimbabwerankedmost-improvedfollowedbyKathmandu,Nepalcominginsecondplace.

“Dubai’simprovementoverthelast12monthshasbeenmarginal—just0.5percentagepoints—butithasseenamoredramaticriseoverthelastfiveyears.Thisislargelyareflectionofrisingculturalavailability.Dubaiisattractingmoreinternationalartistsandsportingeventsreflectingit’sgrowingstatusasadestinationforregionalinvestment,expatriateworkersandretailtourism,”Copestakesaid.
