阿联酋电信将对预期15天付款客户终止业务服务

15日账单延迟后，酋长国阿联酋电信Etisalat终止业务服务 服务影响覆盖手机、固定电话和互联网

阿联酋媒体周三报道，阿联酋电信,是该地区最大电信服务供应商之一，将会对15天延期付款的违约客户终止服务。

迪拜阿拉伯语言日常'EmaratAlYoum'媒体援引一份阿联酋电信声明宣称，影响服务涵盖面涉及手机、固定电话和互联网。付款宽限期从下单日的第一天开始算起。

“服务之后才会恢复法案,”阿联酋电信对媒体发表声明称：“账单发行15天后未能付款的用户将暂时终止对他们的服务，电信服务将会在付款后恢复正常。”

据说交易服务完成账单发给用户1月后,他们有15天支付期限,否则就要面临暂停服务。

媒体称阿联酋电信正对用户15天付款限期不够的投诉给以回应。

Etisalat,oneofthelargesttelecommunicationserviceprovidersintheregion,willstopservicetodefaultingcustomersaftera15-daydelayinpaymentoftheirbill,aUAEnewspaperreportedonWednesday.

Theservicesaffectedcovermobilephones,landlinesandtheinternetandthegraceperiodforpaymentstartsfromthefirstdayofthebill’sdate,theDubai-basedArabiclanguagedaily'EmaratAlYoum'said,quotinganEtisalatstatement.

“Usersfailingtopaythebillafter15daysofissuancewillhavetheirservicessuspendedtemporarily.Theservicewillberestoredonlyafterthebillispaid,”Etisalatsaidinthestatementsenttothepaper.

Itsaidabillissenttosubscribersamonthaftertheserviceisprovidedandthattheyhave15daystopayorfaceservicesuspension.

ThepapersaidEtisalatwasrespondingtocomplaintsbysubscribersthatthe15-daygraceperiodisnotenough.
