迪拜大型歌剧院将于2016年3月竣工

迪拜标志性歌剧院将于2016年3月竣工 Emaar公司宣称迪拜市中心的设施将成为和悉尼歌剧院一样的宏伟建筑。

根据开发商透露，在许多正在建设的建筑物中迪拜歌剧院是迪拜最壮观的亮点，它被建设在迪拜市中心将成为地区歌剧院的伟大杰作，预定2016年3月完工。

迪拜最大的开发商，Emaar房地产在最近更新的项目进展中说：“迪拜歌剧计划完成是2016年3月，其混凝土，钢结构，阻塞工程，机电和终饰工程正在进行中。”

联合承包商公司（CCC）的建筑师Atkins是该项目的主要承包商。

入口设在MohammedBinRashidBoulevard，歌剧院区面对着最高楼BurjKhalifa，BurjPark和TheDubaiFountain三大世界最高建筑。

开发商说：“迪拜歌剧将和世界著名悉尼歌剧院一样成为为标志性建筑。”

悉尼歌剧院于1973年10月20时对公众开放，是世界上最繁忙的表演艺术中心之一，每年举办1500多场演出，有120万人参加。每年有700多万人现场观赏演出。

至于迪拜歌剧，阿拉伯单桅帆船已为该建筑注入灵感。酋长国设有2000个座位，多形式艺术表演场地将有能力将其转变成三种模式；从大剧院到音乐厅，“平面”转换形式，转换成一个盛大的活动大厅。

该公司宣称，剧场空间模式将适用于歌剧，音乐剧，芭蕾和舞蹈表演，大型话剧演出，讲座和研讨会。据配置情况而定，该剧院将将设有1,940个和2,040个座位。

由一系列舞台上的塔转换成一个音乐厅，以创造一个乐团环绕的声学外壳，反射头顶的反射会增强音响效果，反射音质效果。

Emaar公司说：“在“平面”模式下，房间将能满足一系列活动，包括婚礼，能够容纳多达1000位客人的宴会风座椅。它也可以被配置为贸易展览，展销会，接待和派对场地。”

建设中的迪拜歌剧院

2015年五月，发展商推出Forte，大歌剧院后其地区歌剧院第二塔，每平方英尺高达2700迪拉姆。  

目前，迪拜正致力于多建设几个大型项目，如未来博物馆，DubaiEye，迪拜运河，迪拜门和更多其他项目预计赶在2020世博会开幕前完成。

AsforDubaiOpera,theArabiandhowhasbeentheinspirationbehinditsarchitecture.The2,000-seat,multi-formatperformingartsvenueintheemiratewillhavetheabilitytotransformintothreemodes;fromatheatretoaconcerthallandintoa“flatfloor”form,becomingabanquetofeventhall.

Intheatremodethespacewillbesuitableforopera,musicals,balletanddanceperformances,large-scaledramaproductions,lecturesandconferences.Itwillseatbetween1,940and2,040dependingontheconfiguration,thecompanystates.

Transformedintoaconcerthallbyaseriesoftowersonstagetocreateanacousticshellthatsurroundstheorchestra,reflectorsoverheadwillenhancetheacousticsandreflectsound.

 In“flatfloor”mode,theroomwillcaterforanumberofeventsincludingweddings,withbanquetstyleseatingabletoaccommodateupto1,000guests.Itcanalsobeconfiguredfortradeshows,exhibitions,receptionsandparties,Emaarsaid.

InMay2015,thedeveloperlaunchedForte,itssecondtowerintheOperaDistrictafterOperaGrand,withunitscommandingpricesofashighasDh2,700persquarefeet.

Currently,DubaiisworkingonseveralmegaprojectssuchasMuseumoftheFuture,DubaiEye,DubaiWaterCanal,DubaiFrameandmanymorethatareexpectedtobecompletedbeforeExpo2020.
