迪拜一位女佣打代理商被返送回国

女佣因不能上美容院拒绝工作 她给代理商一巴掌，想离开办公室去找保人

一名非洲女仆开始工作一周后没有带她去美容院而反对保人，因为不让她出去寻找新的保人而殴打了代理商。

提及Emirates24|7，迪拜劳动力供应公司代理人Mohammed表示，这起事件发生在几个月前。

“来自非洲一个国家的女仆，刚开始工作。她邀请保人带她到美容院。保人感到震惊并拒绝她的要求。这就终止了协议，保人打电话到办公室，告诉我们她不想雇佣该女佣并打算退回她。”

Mohammed补充说办公室与保人之间签订的合同的部分是，保人三个月内有权返回女仆，并且如果他们不喜欢她还可以更换一个女仆。

“当保人退回女仆时，我们让他们继续呆在办公室直到我们为他们找到新的保人为止或订票和送他们回自己的国家。然而，这种情况是不同的。这位非洲女佣坚持要走出办公室去寻找新的保人。这是违反法律的。她不能就这样出去找新的保人，因为这将使我们和原来的保人陷入麻烦。”

Mohammed补充说，他试图阻止女仆离开办公室时，她袭击了他并给了他一巴掌。

SpeakingtoEmirates24|7,Mohammed,anagentatoneofthelaboursupplycompaniesinDubaisaidthatthisincidenthappenedacoupleofmonthsago.

“ThehousemaidwasfromanAfricancountryandshehadjuststartedworking.Sheaskedhersponsortotakehertothebeautysalon.Thesponsorwasshocked,andrefusedtodoso.Thisendedupinanargumentwherethesponsorcalledtheofficeandtoldusshedidnotwantthehousemaidandwasgoingtoreturnher.”

Mohammedaddedthatitispartofthecontractsignedbetweentheofficeandthesponsorthatthesponsorhastherighttoreturnthehousemaidwithinthefirstthreemonthsandgetareplacementhousemaidiftheydon'tlikeher.

“Whenthesponsorreturnthehousemaid,wekeepthemattheofficetillwefindanewsponsorforthemorbookaticketandsendthembacktotheirhomecountries.However,thiscasewasdifferent.ThisAfricanhousemaidinsistedongoingoutoftheofficetosearchforanewsponsor.Thisisagainstthelaws.Shecan’tjustgooutlikethistofindanewsponsorasthiswillputusandtheoriginalsponsorintrouble.”

Mohammedaddedthathetriedtostopthehousemaidfromleavingtheofficewhensheattackedhimandslappedhim.
