帆船酒店将建成新型户外豪华露天平台

新的露天平台由5000吨重的钢铁制成

世界上唯一一家七星级酒店—帆船酒店正在新建一个豪华的户外露天平台“北部露天平台”。并将于2016年第二季度正式开放。

这个距离阿拉伯湾100米，总面积10000平方的私人豪华露天平台，建有32个凉台小屋，400个躺椅，一个612平方的淡水池，一个828平方的盐水池，和一个餐厅，一个酒吧。

露天平台已修建的六部分由芬兰海洋工程建设专家Admares设计，该建筑由一家邮轮游艇生产商按照最豪华高质量的标准修建。

由约5000吨重的钢铁制成的“北部露天平台”正在运往迪拜的途中。预计将于二月中旬抵达酒店，它将被起重机升起，并放下在直径914毫米的90个钢桩网格，面向阿拉伯湾北部。

与常用的土地复垦方法相比，露天平台在修建过程中对海洋造成的影响微乎其微。这个环境友好型露天平台将成为海洋生物的人造礁。

The10,000squaremetresprivateluxurydeckwillfan100metresoutintotheArabianGulfandaccommodate32cabanas,400sunloungers,onefreshwaterpoolmeasuring612squaremetresandonesaltwaterpoolmeasuring828squaremetres,onerestaurantandabar.

Thedeckhasbeendevelopedinsixsectionsoff-siteinFinlandbymarineconstructionexperts,Admares.Thestructurehasbeenbuiltinacontrolledcruiseshipandyachtproductionfacilitywhichguaranteesthehigheststandardsinbothconstructionandluxuryfinish.

Madefromsteelandweighingaround5,000tonnes,theNorthDeckiscurrentlybeingtransportedtoDubaibysea.Onarrivalatthehotel,scheduledformid-February,itwillbeliftedbycraneandloweredontoagridof90steelpiles,914millimetresindiameter,facingnorthintotheArabianGulf.

Theconstructionandsteelpileinstallationprocesswillcauseminimalimpacttotheoceanenvironmentcomparedtotheeffectnormallyassociatedwithalandreclamationapproach.Theenvironmentally-sounddeckwillalsoprovideanartificialreefandshadeformarinelife.
