迪拜：尽管房地产市场租金整体呈下降趋势，但是新数据显示，居住在迪拜的外籍人士的租房费用依旧呈上涨趋势，大多数外籍人士表示生活压力很大。

几乎64%的外籍人士表示住宅费用几乎占用他们支出的全部，46%的外籍人士表示担心公共设施费用上涨，同样，45%的外籍人士表明学费是他们支出最担心的一部分。
