迪拜奋斗案例---通过洗车实现梦想

晚上十一点半，A.J.差不多洗完五辆车，他还要继续清理其他车辆。即使他毫无间断的工作，他也难以在早上五点之前洗完所有汽车。

认真的清理着帕杰罗汽车的每个角落，A.J.汗如雨下。埋头于车辆之间工作的他被无尽的黑夜淹没。

A.J.在工作之中做的唯一的事情就是查看手机日期，因为他快要当爸爸了，他不想错过这激动的时刻。

“我的妻子怀着我们第一个孩子，看这是我孩子的生产日期，”他说着并指着手机上的日历。

“我在手机里标注了日期，这样我就不会忘了，我现在既激动又担心。”

来迪拜之前A.J.是一名印度司机，他想在迪拜在找一份司机的工作却被阴差阳错的干起了洗车工作，他的妻子和他的父母和姐姐住在一起。

“我家人不知道我现在的工作，他们认为我还是一名司机。”他已经做洗车工一年多了，每天清洗20到25辆车，有时会更多。

“我上学过了12年级，我想在这找到好工作，我找好多人帮忙找工作但是都没有结果，所以我现在还在洗车。”

M.A每月挣不到1700迪拉姆并且和其他八个人住在一间公寓。A.J想努力攒点钱回到家乡做点小生意。“我想和我父母住在一起，因为现在没有人照顾他们。”

当问到他如何安排闲暇时光时，他说，“我都不太出去，因为只要出去玩就要花钱。在这附近我没有朋友，我们只是有时候去跟他们聊聊天而已。”

他承认在洗豪车时，他有时候梦想着自己也可以拥有一辆。

Realising dreams by cleaning cars in Dubai

It is 11:30 in the night. A.J has only cleaned five cars so far. He is still pending with 15 others. Though he takes no break during his work, he won't finish before 5 o'clock in the morning.

Soaking his scrub every few minutes and rubbing every possible edge of a Pajero, A.J sweats profusely. Engrossed in his work, he is hardly visible in the darkness of the night between the cars.

The only thing A.J does between his work is to check the date on his phone when he will be a father. He is anxious he might miss the date.

"My wife is expecting our first child. See this is the date when my child will be born," he says while pointing out to the calendar in his phone.

" I keep this date marked on my phone so that I don't forget. I am really excited and worried."

Hailing from Andhra Pradesh, India, A.J was working as a driver before he came to Dubai five months back. He wanted to do the same job but somehow landed up in car cleaning work. His wife lives with his parents and sister.

"My family does not know I am doing this work. They think I am a driver." The family of 20-year- old M.A too doesn't know what work he does in Dubai. He has been working as car cleaner for over a year. He cleans 20-25 cars per shift. Sometimes the number exceeds.

"I have passed 12 th class and had wanted to do some good job here. I have spoken to many people but till now nothing has come. So I am doing car cleaning."

" If I offer Taraweeh prayers then I cannot finish my work till 4:30 in the morning. I start at around 5 o'clock in the evening."   M.A earns not more than Dh1700 per month and lives with eight other people in a shared accommodation. He is trying to save some money to go back home and start his own small business." I want to be with my parents now. There is no one to take care of them."

When asked as to how he spends his leisure time, he says, "I avoid going out too much. It costs money. I have few friends who live near my place. We just sit for a chat sometimes."

He however admits that while cleaning so many luxury cars, he sometimes dreams to have his own.
