阿布扎比：为了促进全民阅读，总统Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan殿下于周一宣布了文化阅读法案。

该法案将促进政府尽早为新生儿提供“Knowledge Briefcase” 。同时员工也有权在工作时间进行阅读。

Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid reveals details of ‘unprecedented cultural and legislative initiative’

Abu Dhabi: A law that puts in place a legislative and executive framework to consolidate reading in society was issued today by President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday.

The law obliges the government to intervene early by providing a “Knowledge Briefcase” to newborns. It also gives an employee the right to do specialised reading within their working hours.

On Twitter, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, described the law as an unprecedented cultural and legislative initiative.
