一系列的环保运输倡议有助于建设绿色经济

迪拜：道路运输管理局周六宣布，通过道路运输管理局的智能手机App的交易，去年减少了8100吨的二氧化碳排放量。

管理局鼓励更多的人们使用智能手机或者网络渠道进行交易，比如车辆登记、更新驾驶执照以及其它一系列申请等，顾客不必亲自前往道路运输管理局的客户车辆中心办理。

道路运输管理局局长兼常务董事会的主席MattarAlTayer说：“每一次通过在线或者智能App的交易，就可以减少15千克的二氧化碳排放量。在2105年，共减少8100吨二氧化碳排放量”。

道路运输管理局已经宣布过去几年的环保倡议有助于建设绿色经济。

Dubai:TransactionsconductedthroughtheRoadsandTransportAuthority’s(RTA)smartphoneappshavehelpedreduce8,100tonnesofCO2lastyear,theauthorityannouncedonSaturday.

Theauthorityisencouragingmorepeopletouseitssmartphoneandinternetchannelstocarryouttransactionslikeregistrationofvehicles,renewalofdrivinglicencesandaseriesofotherapplicationsthatcanbeprocessedwithoutvisitingtheRTA’scustomercarcentres.

“Eachtransactionperformedonlineorviasmartappsreducescarbonemissionsby15kg,andin2015,ithadmanagedtoreduce8,100tonnesofcarbondioxideemissions,”saidMattarAlTayer,Director-GeneralandChairmanoftheBoardofExecutiveDirectorsoftheRTA.

TheRTAhaslaunchedeco-friendlyinitiativesoverthelastfewyearsthatwillhelpestablishgreeneconomy.
