这样违章驾驶在迪拜罚款1000迪扣12点并没收汽车一个月

在迪拜开车请勿借用路肩，否则将被处以1000迪拉姆罚款外加12点。

据Emirates247迪拜当日新闻消息，阿联酋一名高级警官称，根据阿联酋交通修订法，在硬路肩行车罚款1000迪拉姆，并扣除12个黑点。

2016年阿布扎比因为硬路肩行车发生了3616起事故，阿布扎比交警副局长BrigadierKhalifaMohammedAlKhaili称，硬路肩行车非常危险，会造成交通事故，不仅不利于自身的安全，还会危及其他司机的安全。

他还说，硬路肩行车司机将被罚款1000迪拉姆，记12分，没收汽车一个月。如果“一年之内在硬路肩上行车两次的司机将被严惩。”

“Thisoffenceisverydangerous…itcarriesgreatriskstothedriversandotherroadusersasitcausesseriousaccidents,”hetoldEmaratAlyoumArabiclanguagedaily.

HesaiddriverscaughtinvolvedinsuchoffenceswouldbefinedDh1,000,have12blackpointsaddedtotheirtrafficrecordandhavetheircarsimpoundedforonemonth.

“Incasethesamedrivercommitsthisoffenceforthesecondtimewithinayear,hewillfacemoreseverepenalties,”headded.
