迪拜国际城居民再次面临空调问题

两台制冷机在九个月前维修后又停止运转了

迪拜：因为空调再次停止工作已经一个多星期了，一公寓楼的居民回忆说九个月前，在制冷机坏了后，由于夏季气温太高他们被迫离开他们的公寓。

国际城CBD-6（金绿色景观建筑）的居民从星期一（3月14日)起，在他们居住的大楼里的两台制冷器坏了后就没再使用过空调。gulfnews去年六月也报道了同样的问题。这个问题被暂时解决了，直到最近两台制冷器再次停止运行。

SAGA协会经理SalvadorTellis解释说由于这栋建筑是由169个住宅区和11个商业单元共同所有财产，他们有义务向业主协会（办公）董事会提出任何问题，并按其指示进行处理。

但是办公处即不同意买新的制冷器也没有在二月特别股东大会上更换部分零件。房地产调控机构随后介入，让SAGA的居民看到了希望，他们会购买所需零件并对制冷机进行修理。

另一个讨论在夏季之前修复第二台制冷机的会议正在进行。

ButtheOAdidnotagreetobuynewchillersnorreplacethepartsintheExtraordinaryGeneralMeetinginFebruary.TheRealEstateRegulatoryAgencythensteppedinandgaveSAGAthegreenlighttobuytheneededpartsanddotherepairs.
