沙迦安装新雷达用以监视道路

司机将遵循规则，被迫降低速度

沙迦安装了40个新的雷达用以监控速度和在阿联酋道路上其他违规行为。

新的雷达在2016年1月1日激活使用。

沙迦交通部门主任ColonelAhmedbinDarwish说:“安装新的雷达将帮助司机降低速度,增加道路安全,降低致命事故数和死亡的频率,特别是在十字路口保障行人的安全。  

他补充说,在交通部门进行了一项研究后,该研究确定了一些发生过大的交通事故的地区，沙迦在这些地区安装了雷达。

这些雷达将迫使司机遵守速度限制，当交通灯变黄时自觉慢下来,因此避免黑点和罚款。

HeaddedthattheradarshavebeeninstalledaftertheSharjahTrafficDepartmentconductedastudyandidentifiedtheareaswherethemaximumaccidentshavetakenplace.

Theseradarswillforcedriverstofollowthespeedlimitandslowdownwhenthetrafficlightsturnyellowandthus,avoidjumpingsignals,gettingpenalisedwithfinesandblackpoints.
