食品专营智能处理系统Makani服务大众

用户不再需要下载应用，只需使用谷歌地图点击10-digit坐标

迪拜：周日，一名官员表示:迪拜居民团体旨在进一步改进食品专营智能处理系统Makani，其原因为有众多用户未能成功使用该应用。

去年9月，快餐和烘焙商店采用了Makani应用程序，其目的为通过每栋大楼入口的10-digit坐标，减轻食物发放到人们家中的压力、然而。居民们纷纷抱怨该应用服务未能完善。

一名来自AlBarsha2.的居民AbdulRahmanHussain表示：“我向快餐连锁店呼叫中心发送了家里的10-digits坐标位置，但是那里的工作人员表示他们不知道如何使用Makani系统。最后我只能像往常一样发送普通的方位，我用了半个多小时来向送餐员解释我家的位置。”

与Makani签署了合作协议的团体有：迪拜市政当局，KFC,PizzaHut,Hardee’s,McDonald’s,Automatic饭店和AlReefLebanese饭店。

TheMakaniapp,whichwasadoptedbyfast-foodandbakeryoutletslastSeptember,wasintendedtoeasedeliveryoffoodtopeople’shomesthrough10digitgeo-coordinatesforeachbuilding’sentrance.However,residentshavecomplainedthattheservicehasnotbeenenforced.

“Igavethe10-digitsofmyhometothecallcentreofthefast-foodchainbutwastoldthattheydon’tknowhowtousetheMakanisystem.Iendedupgoingbacktogivingmyusualdirections,andittookoverhalfanhourtoexplainwhereIlivetothedeliveryman,”saidAbdulRahmanHussain,aresidentofAlBarsha2.

AmongthegroupsthatsignedtheMakaniagreementwithDubaiMunicipalityareKFC,PizzaHut,Hardee’s,McDonald’s,AutomaticRestaurantandAlReefLebaneseRestaurant.
