Dubai:Threemenhavebeenaccusedofkidnappingandgang-rapingafemalemanagerinacaraftertheythreatenedtokillher.

迪拜：三名男子在车上对一名女经理进行了绑架和轮奸，并扬言要把她杀掉，目前该三名男子已经被指控绑架和轮奸的罪名。

TheBangladeshimen,30-year-oldM.A.,33-year-oldA.H.andM.R.[whoremainsatlarge]weresaidtohaveluredtheFilipinamanagertothecarandtakingherforaride,duringwhichtheyhadsexwithheroneatatimeinDecember.

据说在去年12月份的时候，30岁的孟加拉男子M.A和33岁的A.H和M.R（目前还在潜逃当中）引诱菲律宾女经理来到车上，并且载她一程，然后就在这过程中，他们每个人逐一地把她强奸了。

文件显示案件发生后，男子M.A和A.H已经被拘捕，而M.R却依然在潜逃当中。

检察官指控被告通过欺骗的手段，绑架了菲律宾女子，不但强奸了她，而且偷了她的手机和现金，而且还威胁要杀了她，并且最后还以3000迪拉姆的价格把她转卖给另外一个女人，迫使她从事卖淫工作。

当被告出现在迪拜法院一审前，审判长贾马尔穆罕默德没有宣读对他们的指控。

根据指控明细单，检察官说疑犯们使用欺骗和暴力行为绑架该女子，并且强奸她以及夺走她的个人财物。

菲律宾女子向检察官宣称，当时我晚上七点半下班后，正在等的士车，就在这时候男子M.A把车停在我面前，并且愿意载我回迪拜汽车城。

“HeaskedmetopayhimthesamefarethatIusuallypayforataxi.Ijumpedintothebackseatandhedroveoff.Hestoppedatapetrolstationtofillthetank…thenIheardhimtalkingonhisphone.Whenhestoppedatthesideoftheroad,twomen[theothersuspects]enteredthecar.A.H.satbesidemewhileM.R.satinthepassengerseat.Threeminuteslater,M.R.jumpedtothebackseatandIwassqueezedbetweenthetwomen.ThelatterstartedgropingmeandIaskedhimtostop.M.R.thenremovedhisclothesandIrealisedthattheyintendedtohavesexwithme…Iaskedthemtotakeallmymoneyandletmego.Theydidnotlistentome…theyrapedmeoneatatimeandbyuseofforce.TheythreatenedtokillmewhenItriedtoresistthem.WhenItriedtojumpoutofthevehicle,theypreventedmeandbeatme.Iwasveryscared.TheytiedmyhandswhenItriedtorunawayasecondtime…theyalsobeatmeagain.M.A.,whowasdriving,stoppedthecarnearDubaiPolice’sheadquartersandtheywaiteduntilanothercararrivedandparkedbesideus.Anotherwomancameintoourvehicleandsheaskedmetogowithhertoworkinprostitution…butIrefused.Thewomangavemethechoiceofstayingwiththedefendantsorgoingwithher.Iwasafraidofstayingwiththemenandaccompaniedhertoanearbyvilla.Thewomanlockedmeupinsidearoom…laterthevilla’swatchmanalsoforcedhimselfonmeandrapedme,”sheclaimed.

女子说：“他要求我支付和普通的士一样的车费，我上了车的后座之后他就开车走了，然后他把车停在加油站加油.......接着我听到他在讲电话。当他把车停在路边的时候，两名男子（其余2名疑犯）上了车。男子A.H坐在我旁边，而男子M.R就坐在副驾驶座位上。3分钟后，M.R就跳到车后座，而我就被2个男人夹在中间。紧接着M.R就开始抚摸我，我大喊叫他停止。然后M.R就把自己的衣服脱掉了，然后我才意识到原来他们企图和我发生性关系......我哀求他们把我的钱财全部拿走，就放我走就好。但是他们并没有听我的话.......他们通过暴力逐个地把我强奸。当我想他们反抗的时候，他们威胁说要把我杀掉，而当我企图跳车的时候，他们拦阻了我并且殴打我，我当时非常害怕。当我第二次尝试逃跑的时候，他们把我的手给绑了起来.......然后他们继续殴打我。当时开车的是M.A，他把车停在和迪拜警察局总部的附近，然后等到另外一辆车来到并且也停在旁边。这时候一个女子走进我们的车，然后叫我和她一起走，去从事卖淫工作.......但是我拒绝了。然后那女子给了我2个选择，要不就继续留在这里和这些男的在一起，要不将就跟我走。我当时非常害怕和这些男的在一起，所以就跟她去到了一个附近的公寓。那女的就把我锁在一间房子的里面.......后来那个公寓的看门人也通过暴力把我给强奸了。”

RecordssaidtheFilipinawaiteduntileverybodyinthevillahadfallenasleepbeforeshebrokefreefromasmallopeninginthekitchenwall.TheFilipinawassaidtohavewaitedunderatruckuntilsunrisebeforesheaskedaworkertotakehertothepolice.

报告上描述，菲律宾女子一直等到公寓里面的每个人都睡着了，她才从厨房的墙上的一个小窗口逃脱了出来。女子说她一直等到日出才等到一辆卡车，然后她叫卡车上的工人带她去警察局。

一名警察向检察官声称，通过加油站的监控摄像头，我们通过相应的汽车车牌号码，从而鉴定了疑犯们的身份。
