警察逮捕欧籍银行盗窃犯 盗窃犯盗窃了200000迪拉姆后逃离阿联酋……但之后又被逮捕了。

周一，一名高级警官发言说，迪拜警方逮捕了一名使用小型电子设备抢劫28家银行账户的保加利亚男子。

刑事事务助理警察指挥官KhalilAlMansouri少将告诉阿拉伯语‘AlBayan’日报说：“该国各银行安装的安全摄像头录制到犯罪分子利用国外制造的设备和白色卡片在不同的ATM机上盗窃提现。”

他说：“该名盗窃犯被识别，通缉，警方将其诱回酋长国并按计划逮捕了他。”

“他返回迪拜后，在机场被逮捕了。收到28人举报其账户被盗后我们已经成功地将其引诱逮捕了。”

“他用一种先进的扫描装置和一个微型摄像机记录下银行客户的信息，密码后进行盗窃的，”Mansouri说。

Mansouri说保加利亚从已这些账户撤回了200000多迪拉姆，他是利用国外制造的白色卡片来记录客户PIN号码进行偷盗的。

他说，该男子供认了入室盗窃案，并供出自己他曾被国际犯罪团伙训练以专门抢劫银行等操作。

“HewasarrestedattheairportjustafterhereturnedtoDubai.Wehavesucceededinluringhimbackafterwereceivedreportsfrom28peoplethattheiraccountshavebeenburgled.

“HeusedanadvancedscannerdeviceandatinycameratorecordthePINnumberusedbythebankclientwhilewithdrawingmoney,”Mansourisaid.

MansourisaidtheBulgarianhadwithdrawninexcessofDh200,000fromthoseaccounts,usingwhitecardsmadeabroadafterrecordingtheclient’sPINnumber.

Hesaidthethiefhadconfessedtotheburglariesandthathewastrainedonsuchoperationsbyinternationalgangsspecialisedinbankrobberies.

ThepaperquotedanothertopsecuritymanassayingrepeatedtheftsatcashmachineshadpromptedDubai’spolicetomeetbankrepresentativestodiscussprotection.

“Wehavestressedtheneedforeducatingguardsandothersecuritymenatbankstobemorevigilanttodetectsuspiciouspeopleandreportanysuspiciousactivityimmediately.

“Theyshouldbegivencoursesinsecurityawarenessandbodylanguage,”saidLtColonelSalahBuAsiba,directorofthecounter-criminaldivisionatDubai’sgeneraladministrationforcriminalaffairs.
