迪拜新增三大主题公园，预计2016年开放

迪拜乐高乐园、迪拜宝莱坞公园和MotiongateDubai预计2016年开业 迪拜公园将在Riverland租用零售用地

DubaiParksandResorts将开始租用RiverlandDubai内22万平方英尺的空地用作餐饮和零售区域。

Riverland将设超过50个出口，所有的出口将成为主题公园游客们的必经入口。2017年开始运营的主题公园，全年预计接客量为670万人次。

该公司的CEORaedAlNuaimi在一份声明中说道：“每一位DubaiParksandResorts的游客都要经过Riverland进入主题公园。傍水的位置将成为迪拜的另一魅力之处。”

LegolandDubai、BollywoodParksDubai、motiongateDubai和LegolandWaterPark以及LapitaHotel和一个波利尼西亚主题休闲度假区将于2016年10月开放。

这个投资105亿迪拉姆的发展项目总占地面积为2500万平方英尺，区位靠近JebelAli。

Riverlandwillfeatureover50outletsandserveasagrandentrywaytoalltheguestswith6.7millionticketedvisitsexpectedatthethemeparksduringourfirstfullyearofoperationin2017.
