迪拜签证服务文件要求必须要彩印 迪拜居住和涉外事务总局不接受黑白的复印文件

迪拜:迪拜居住和涉外事务总局不再接受黑白的复印文件。

现在提交给迪拜居住和涉外事务总局的复印文件必须是彩印的。

许多人递交的文件被返还了回来，因为他们没有按照现在的要求提交彩色复印件。

一名不愿意透露姓名的申请者说星期三AlTwar中心返还了他递交的文件因为他没有彩印。

他说:"令我惊奇的是我复印文件的打印中心并没有提及这个规定。我的一个同事星期三也在AlManara中心更新了他的家庭成员的签证，他用的也只是黑白的复印件，没有要求他要换成彩色的。"

一名迪拜居住与涉外事务总局的消费者服务热线的职员确认称这项规定已经开始实施将近一个月了。

"现在打印中心已经知道了这个情况，他们也提供相应的服务。"该职员说道。

建议申请者最好带着相关文件的原件，以防所使用的复印件不能被受理。所有的打印中心都可以进行彩色打印。

AlGhusais的AlTwar中心的告示称:所有的文件都需要彩色打印，申请者还需带着原始的租赁合同。

在记者发布会之前迪拜居住和涉外事务总局不会作出任何评论。

另一名Amer的职员确认护照复印件需要彩印，但是也无法确认其他文件是否也需要彩印。

大部分迪拜居住和涉外事务总局的申请者需要的文件包括:申请人的护照以及阿联酋身份证、租赁合同和工资证明。

DocumentcopiessubmittedtotheGDRFAinDubainowhavetobeincolour.

Peoplehavebeensentbackbecausetheydidnothavecolourcopiesnowrequiredforanyapplication.

Anapplicant,whowishedtostayanonymous,saidthathewassentbackfromAlTwarcentreonWednesdaybecausehedidnothaveacolourcopy.

“SurprisinglythetypingcentrewhereIgotthedocumentstypeddidnotmentiontherule.AlsoanothercolleaguewhogothisfamilymembersvisarenewedatAlManaracentreonWednesday,gotitdonewithablackandwhitephotocopy.Hewasnotaskedtogetacolourcopy,”hesaid.

AnattendantatGDRFA-Dubai’scustomerservicehotline(Amerservice)confirmedthenewrulehasbeenineffectforalmostamonth.

“Typingcentresknowthisnow,andhavetheservice,”theemployeesaid.

Applicantsareadvisedtocomewiththeiroriginaldocumentssothatincasetheircopiesarenotacceptable,colourcopiescanbedoneatanyofthetypingcentresatthefacility.

ApostingattheAlTwarcentreinAlGhusais,saidalldocumentsneedtobecolouredandapplicantsneedtohavetheoriginalrentcontract.

OfficialsfromtheGDFRA-Dubaiwerenotavailableforcommenttillthetimeofgoingtopress.

AnotherAmeremployeeconfirmedthatpassportcopiesneedtobeincolour,butwasnotabletoclarifyifotherdocumentsneededtobeincolour.

DocumentsrequiredformostGDRFAapplicationsinclude,passportsofapplicantsandtheirEmiratesID,tenancycontract,andsalarycertificate.
