沙迦将建200栋高楼、1100栋别墅的海滨豪华城

沙迦揭晓将建有200栋高楼，1100栋别墅且价值200亿迪拉姆的海滨豪华城 沙迦海滨豪华城（SharjahWaterfrontCity）将能容纳200，000为居民，并拥有自己的水上主题公园。

Emirates24|7揭示沙迦正以185亿迪拉姆到200亿迪拉姆之间的代价建一座新的海滨城市。该城市可以容纳200，000人。10个自然岛屿建成后，将由桥梁和运河相连。

由10个岛屿组成，沙迦滨水城市将分布建在在全长36公里的阿联酋东北部海岸的沿海土地一带。

Thefirstphasewillbespreadacrossaplotareaof3.05millionsquarefeetwithatotalconstructionareaof15.22millionsquarefeet.

ElMasrirevealedthesecondphaseisexpectedtobecompletedby2020-2021,stating,“Theprojectwillbedevelopedinmultiplephases,keepinginmindthemarketdynamics.”

Oncompletion,SharjahWaterfrontCitywillhaveatotalareaofaround60millionsquarefeet–becomingoneofthebiggestrealestatedevelopmentsintheemirate.

CrystalLagoon

Amongthemajorhighlightswillbe‘CrystalLagoon’,awaterthemepark,ElMasrisaid.

“Weareworkingtocompletealltheformalitiesforthethemepark,whichwillbespreadacross1.5millionsquarefeet.Itwillbeafamilydestination,withentertainmentandfunrides.”

Givingemphasisoncreatinganenvironment-friendlycity,thedeveloperhasdevoted60percentofprojectareaforlandscaping(beaches,gardens,parks).
