阿布扎比：阿联酋清真寺在进行沐浴时人均用水量至少为25到30公升，一位阿联酋教授告诉GulfNews。

机械和材料工程系助理教授AhmadAlJaberi博士以及马斯达尔研究所已回答了关于通过建立自己的专门设备来帮助清真寺减少用水量的问题。

“伊斯兰教义告诉我们每个人用多少水进行沐浴是有极限的，且用水量指定为600ml。所以我们在阿联酋研发了一部手工制作装置。在设备上，设计了标志着600ml刻度的刻度线，”AlJaber说。

“一旦水达到600ml，这意味着会引起膜拜者的潜意识，并使他们遵守伊斯兰教义停止浪费水资源，”他补充说。

然而，该设备本身可以容纳至少1.5公升的水。额外的蓄水量是内置设备的原因，AlJaber说，这是因为他想让个人用多少水便选择多少。如果坚持限水崇拜，他相信这种情况会越来越好的。

DrAhmadAlJaberi,AssistantProfessor,MechanicalandMaterialsEngineeringDepartment,MasdarInstitute,hasrespondedtotheproblembybuildinghisowndevicespecificallydesignedtohelpreducetheamountofwaterusedatmosques.

“InIslam,wearetaughtthatthereisalimitonhowmuchwaterapersonshouldusewhencarryingouttheablutions,andthatvolumeofwaterisspecifiedas600ml.SowedevelopedadevicethatishandmadeandcraftedhereintheUAE.Onthedevice,weputalinethatmarksthe600mlpoint,”AlJabersaid.

“Oncethewaterreaches600ml,it’smeanttotriggerthesubconsciousoftheworshipper,andmakethemstopthereinlinewiththeteachingsofIslam,”headded.

However,thedeviceitselfcantakeinatleast1.5litresofwater.Thereasonthisadditionalcapacitywasbuiltintothedevice,saidAlJaber,isbecausehewantedtheindividualtobegiventheoptionofhowmuchwatertheycanusethoughhebelievesitwouldbegoodifworshippersadheredtothewaterlimit.
