Dubai:Awomanwhoindulgedinascuffleoverhowmuchsheshouldchargeamanforpaidsexaftertheymetinanightclubhasbeenjailedforthreemonthsforprostitution.

迪拜：一女子在一间夜店和一男子相遇后，该女子就因男子应该为她提供的性服务支付多少钱而陷入了一场扭打混战中，目前该女子因从事买淫工作而被判决入狱三个月。

The28-year-oldPakistaniwoman,R.K.,wasfoundtobeasexworkerafteradriverthrewherandherpotentialclientoutofhistaxiwhentheyhadaheatedargumentinthebackseatinJuly.

女子，28岁，来自巴基斯坦，名字叫R.K，七月份的时候，当她和她的潜在意向客户在的士后座进行了激烈争吵的时候，被的士司机赶出了的士车，也就是在这个时候R.K被的士司机发现是一名从事卖淫的性工作者。

的士司机说，当女性工作者和她的意向客户因为该收取多少性服务费而扭打起来的时候，他就已经报警了。

尽管女子R.K表示不认罪，但是迪拜一审法庭还是给她定罪了卖淫的罪名。

PresidingjudgeFahdAlShamsi,accordingtoWednesday’sjudgment,saidtheaccusedwillbedeportedfollowingthecompletionofherpunishment.

根据周三的审判会，首席法官FahdAlShams说，被告女子将会在服役完牢刑后被驱逐出境。

一名警察告诉检察官，说他们接收到报案，这场争吵发生在ShaikhZayedRoad的一家宾馆前面。

“Ataroundmidnightapolicepatrolwasdispatchedtothelocationwhereawomanwassaidtohavehadafightwithaman.Oncewereachedthelocation,thewoman[R.K.]saidshehadmetthemaninanightclubandofferedtohavesexwithhimforDh2,000.ShealsoclaimedthatthemanhadaskedhertoreducethepricetoDh1,500andsheagreed.Accordingtoquestioning,thecoupletookataxiandwereheadingtotheman’sresidence…theyarguedagainoverthechargesinthetaxiandhadaheatedargumentbeforethedriverpulledover.Thedriverforcedthemtoleavehisvehicleandcontactedthepolicetoinformthemaboutthefight.Themanandthewomanconfessedthattheyhadconsumedalcoholastheyreekedofliquor.UponconfrontingR.K.,sheadmittedthatsheworkedinprostitution,”thepolicemantestified.

警察指证：“大概是午夜时分，一名巡警被派遣到女子和男子争吵扭打的现场，当我们到达现场位置的时候，女子R.K说她在一家夜店偶遇该男子，并且愿意以2000迪拉姆的价格为改男子提供性服务。她同时还表示，该男子还要求她把价格降低到1500迪拉姆，而她也同意了。根据审问的结果，当时这两个人乘着一辆出租车正前往男子的居住处......而在乘车过程中，他们又因为价钱的问题而再次争吵起来，在司机把停车之前，他们吵得不可开交....后来司机强行驱赶他们下车，并且报警汇报了他们吵架的事情。男子和女子因为全身散发着酒气所以也向警察承认他们喝酒了，然后她也承认自己从事买淫工作。”

Therulingremainssubjecttoappealwithin15days.

关于这个裁决，在15天内上诉依然有效。
