Dubai:Awatchmanhasbeenjailedforsixmonthsforluringaneight-year-oldgirltohisroomandmolestingherafterheshowedheranindecentvideoonhisphone.

迪拜：一名保安诱惑一个8岁的小女孩进入他的房间，接着用手机给她看了一段不雅的视频，就对她进行性骚扰和调戏，目前该保安已经被判入狱6个月。

TheSyriangirlwasplayingonherbicyclenearthebuilding’sentrancewhentheIndianwatchman,C.A.,askedhertocometohisroomwherehemolestedherinJuly.

当时是7月份，一个叙利亚的小女孩在大楼的入口旁边骑完着自行车，而印度保安C,A就叫这个小女孩进入他的房间，然后对她进行骚扰。

当小女孩的父亲发现自己的女儿手中拿着2.25块迪拉姆的时候，就巧合地发现自己的女儿发生了什么事情，而这2.25块迪拉姆是被告人对小女孩进行性侵犯后给予小女孩的钱。

迪拜一审法庭宣判C.A性骚扰未成年少女的罪名。

而被告在出庭的时候表示自己是清白的。

他告诉法院：“我并没有碰过她。”

AccordingtoTuesday’sruling,theaccusedwillbedeportedfollowingthecompletionofhispunishment.

根据周二的审判决定，被告将会在牢狱刑期服满后，被驱逐出境。

档案记录写着，保安在强逼小女孩看他手机里面的不雅视频后，就开始亲吻和抚摸她。

小女孩的父亲说，整个事情就发生在自己女儿向他请求到楼下骑自行车不久之后。

“Shewentdowntoplay.WhenIreturnedhomearound4.30pm,Ifoundherstandingattheentranceandsheseemeddisturbed.ItookhertotheflatwhereIdiscoveredthatshehadcoinsinherhand.Shetoldmethatthewatchmangavethemoneytoher.WhenIaskedherwhy,shetoldmethathekissedheronthemouthandtookhertohisbedroom.Icalledthepoliceimmediately,”saidthefather.

父亲说：“她当时就到楼下去玩耍，而我大概是下午4点半回到家，我发现她站在楼道入口处而且她看起来有点不安，我把她带回了房间，然后我发现她手里拿着硬币。她告诉我这钱是保安给她的，我问为什么，然后她告诉我，那个保卫亲了她的嘴并且把她带到了卧室。我当时立刻就报警了。”

小女孩告诉检察官，当保安要求她把身上的衣服脱掉的时候，她是拒绝的。“他用自己的手机给我看了一部电影........然后他把我的衣服脱掉，接着在床上猥亵地抚摸我。后来他给了我一些硬币，我就离开了。当我爸爸在楼下看到我的时候，我就告诉他发生了什么事情。”这是小女孩告诉检察官的原话。

Tuesday’srulingremainssubjecttoappealwithin15days.

这个星期二的裁决在15天之内上诉依然有效。
