预计Chapala飓风不会影响迪拜

阿联酋地区天气持续多雾，部分地区多云

迪拜：国家地震气象局一位天气预报员表示：Chapala飓风距离印度洋阿曼海岸700km以上，据预测影响阿联酋地区天气的可能性不大。

这名预报员告诉GulfNews：这一飓风已经处于“成熟期”，可能持续3天左右，在接下来的24小时内可能进入衰退期。

他说：这一飓风属于二级飓风（强烈气旋风暴），据北印度洋气象中心热带气旋专家表示：风速达到95英里/小时。

他说：“阿联酋天气被直接或间接影响的可能性不大，因为飓风离阿联酋很远，现在正向西北方向移动。它离阿曼边界727km远，离阿曼-也门边界900km远。”

他说工作人员现在每隔3个或6个小时都会监控飓风行踪。

Dubai:CycloneChapala,whichismorethan700kmoffthecoastofOmanintheIndianOcean,ishighlyunlikelytoaffecttheweatherintheUAE,saidaforecasterfromtheNationalCentreofMeteorologyandSeismology(NCMS).

TheforecastertoldGulfNewsthatthecyclonehasreachedthe“maturestage”andislikelytolastsomethreedays,addingthatitisexpectedtoenterthedecayphaseintheupcoming24hours.

Thecycloneisclassifiedasasecondcategorycyclone(SevereCyclonicStorm),hesaid,withthewindspeedreaching95knots,accordingtotheRegionalSpecialisedMeteorologicalCentrefortropicalcyclonesovertheNorthIndianOcean.

“ItisveryunlikelytheUAEweatherwouldbeaffecteddirectlyorindirectly,asthecycloneisfarawayandismovingfurtherawayintheNorthWestdirection.Itis727kmofftheOmanibordersand900kmofftheOmani-Yemeniborder,”hesaid.
