阿联酋涨工资：期待涨多少？谁会是最大受益者？

稀缺专业人员以及那些尖端技术人员应大幅涨工资

大多数阿联酋从业者可能明年都会碰上涨工资，基本上都是在2015年，但是有些专业人员的涨幅却远远大于其他人，这主要是由于他们是迪拜稀缺工作人员或者他们拥有某种在迪拜较为顶尖的技术。

“商业上急需新型的技术型人才以打破紧缺人才对于工资上升的掌控地位，尽管这一地区的前景依然是飘摇不定”，恒富公司的副董事GarethEIMettouri先生如是说。

2016年，这些行政人员的工资在年可能将会在原有基础上上涨8.9%，达到有史以来最高，远远高于大公司里的会计或是金融从业人员（2.9%）

兼具人力资源管理功能的学习及发展部门经理岗位也将获得最高涨幅（7.2%）

经调查发现，专业性职业人员的入职薪酬涨幅最小。

EIMettouri解释道：“由于阿联酋持续依赖那些一开始就定价颇高的专业性从业人员，该地区是时候用极具竞争优势的酬劳来吸引一批后部人员了。”

MostUAEemployeesareinfornominalpayhikesnextyear,muchinlinewith2015,butcertainprofessionalswillgetabiggerslicethanothersforthesimplereasontheyareinhighdemandandtheirskillsarehardtogetbyinthecountry.

“Businessesareactivelyseekingskilledprofessionalsfornewrolesandtofillopenvacancieswhichisdrivingsalariesriseswellaboveaverageforin-demandroles,despitetheregion’soutlookfacingsomeuncertainty,”saysGarethElMettouri,AssociateDirector,RobertHalfUAE.

Theseexecutivesarelikelytoreceivethehighestsalaryincreaseof8.9percentin2016withhigherthanaveragepayriseswithinaccountingandfinanceforrolesinlargecompanies(2.9percent).

WithintheHRfunction,thoseinlearninganddevelopmentmanagerrolesaresettoreceivethehighestraise(7.2percent).

Startingsalariesforprofessionaloccupationsareexpectedtoseemodestrisesoverthenext12months,accordingtothesurvey.
