1/JBR投资者会在这一年里加快步伐

迪拜：寻找能够代表迪拜超豪华水准的投资者现在可以将他们的目光聚焦到‘1/JBR’,——一个在JBR和DubaiMarina的高端塔集群中初具规模的标志发展。

在这栋46楼建筑中，只有152个单位的名额，户型分为2-4个房间的公寓或者有5个房间的套房。去年九月宣布，这个项目计划在2019年初完成。

开发商迪拜地产的销售和销售业务主管，MarwanAlKindi说：“塔的部分会在不同的市场销售。通过我们的销售伙伴GulfSotheby’sInternationalRealty，现注册已正式开放。现场工作已经开始，我们很快就会开始竞标工作和选定承包商。因为许多工作都和我们一起合作完成，所以我们和各关键部门都有深厚的友谊关系。”

Dubai:Investorsonthelookoutforsuper-luxurypropertiesinDubaicannowturntheirattentionto‘1/JBR’,asignaturedevelopmenttakingshapeamongtheclusterofhigh-endtowersinJBRandDubaiMarina.

Therewillonlybe152unitsacrossthe46floors,splitbetweentwo-tofour-bedroomapartmentsandfive-bedroompenthouses.Completionoftheproject–whichwasannouncedinSeptemberlast-isscheduledforearly2019.

“Sectionsofthetowerwillbereleasedforsaleindifferentmarkets,”saidMarwanAlKindi,ExecutiveDirectorforSalesandSalesOperationsatDubaiProperties,thedeveloper.“Registrationisnowopenexclusivelythroughoursalespartner–GulfSotheby’sInternationalRealty.

“Workhasalreadybegunonsiteandwewilltenderforthemainworksandappointtheleadcontractorsoon.Wehavegreatrelationshipswithkeyplayersinthesector,withmanyprojectsunderourbeltstogether.
