迪拜：在星期三世界政府首脑2016年会议的第三天，阿联酋副总统兼总理及迪拜酋长ShaikhMaktoumBinMohammadBinRashidAlMaktoum颁发了最佳移动政务服务奖。

此次为第四届，活动目的是为了奖励来自全世界的为改善人民生活而研发应运软件的政府们。
