迪拜25%的汽车未通过年检

道路交通局：中心系统设备使更多不合格汽车浮出水面

海湾新闻报道：迪拜道路交通局（RTA）举行的年际车辆性能测试中有25%的车辆不合格。

根据道路交通局称，该部门用中心系统设备让不合格汽车统统浮出水面。

道路交通局执照管理所的负责人AhmadHashemBehroozian称：不合格车辆数量增多的原因是测试难度加大，测试设备更先进，测试员更专业。然而，我觉得主要原因应归功于统一标准的中心系统设备，没有使一辆不合格车辆逍遥法外。

道路交通局已将检测设备转给私人企业运行，去年之前，虽然参数一致，但每个检测中心都依照分离系统进行检测。

Dubai:Almost25percentofvehiclesinDubaifailedtheannualroadworthinesstestlastyearmandatedbytheRoadsandTransportAuthority(RTA), GulfNews canconfirm.

AccordingtoatopRTAofficial,theauthorityhasintroducedacentralisedsystemwhichmakesitdifficultforunsafevehiclestoescapethenet.

“Thepercentageofvehicletestfailurehasincreasedbecausethetestshavebecomemorestringent,theequipmentmoreadvancedandtechniciansmorequalified.However,themainreasonthatIbelieveishelpingdetectagreaternumberofunsafevehiclesisthecentralisedsystemthathasunifiedtheresultsandmadeitalmostimpossibleforadefectivevehicletoescape,”saidAhmadHashemBehroozian,CEOofRTA’sLicensingAgency.

RTAhasoutsourcedthetestingfacilitiestoprivatefirmsand,beforelastyear,eachcentrefolloweditsindividualsystem,thoughtheparametersweresame.
