迪拜在“全球最重要城市”中排名前五

“生活、投资、教育孩子的最佳城市。”

根据2016莱坊财富报告，迪拜跃过三个城市成为“全球最重要城市”第五，使其成为富人们趋之若鹜的重要中心。

在2015年的调查中，阿联酋排名第五，超过上海、巴黎和悉尼等城市。

阿联酋的地理位置使其成为经过两个小时的飞行就能到达的，能同时容纳1500人一掷千金(UHNWIs)的地方。

莱坊财富之梅纳调查负责人DanaSalbak说：“过去二十年，在现代化建设和商业友好型条例的推动下，迪拜经济蓬勃发展。”

作为全球金融服务、物流、接待与贸易中心，迪拜成为人们居住、投资、教育孩子、网络和休闲娱乐的最佳场所。

她补充到：“经济多样化的不断投入和基础设施及其物流经济的发展（投资阿联酋航空、迪拜机场和港口），城市旅游商品的增多（各种各样主题公园）都加强了迪拜在全球的影响力。”

此外，教育投资和医疗保健同样加强了迪拜作为全球城市佼佼者的地位。

在全球最重要的城市榜中，伦敦和纽约位列最前。巴黎成为首位旅游期间的富人聚居地，两个小时内就有超过16，900人在巴黎挥金如土。

#大型工程

阿联酋大型在建工程之一是机场扩建。

迪拜网站声明，阿勒马克图姆国际机场将建长4.5公里的5条平行跑道，每条跑道与中心机场（主机场）和地下室至少相隔800米。地下室覆盖全自动行李装卸系统，每年可装卸约2.4亿个行李。迪拜南部（前迪拜世界中心）的所有建筑预计花费1200亿迪拉姆（320亿美元）以上。

该建设将随2020世博会展馆和2020迪拜地铁扩建工程开工，扩建将从棕榈岛港湾塔延伸到2020世博会展馆。

#实惠的房地产

如果您想要投资房地产，迪拜比全球大多数城市都便宜。

2015年全球房价波动的城市中，温哥华以上涨24.5%高居第一，悉尼上涨14.8%位列第二，上海上涨14.1%位居第三。然而迪拜房价却下滑了5.5%，在100所城市中位列第96。阿布扎比房价下降2%位列第75。

Besides,investmentsineducationandhealthcareisaswellsolidifyingthecity’spositionasaleaderinalternativesectors.

LondonandNewYorktookthetoptwopositionsonthelistofmostimportantcities.Paristopsthelistasthemostaccessiblecitytothewealthybasedontraveltime,withmorethan16,900UHNWIslivingwithintwohoursofthecity.

#Megaprojects

Oneofthebiggestprojectsunderconstructionhereintheemirateistheairportexpansion.

The DubaiAirports websitestatesthattheAlMaktoumInternationalAirportwillhaveatotaloffiveparallelrunways,4.5kilometrelong,eachseparatedbyaminimumof800metreswiththecentralterminalarea(ofthemainterminal)incorporatingbasementsthatwillhouseafullyautomatedbaggagehandlingsystemcapableofhandlingaround240millionbagsperannum.ThecostsfortheentireDubaiSouth(formerlyDubaiWorldCentral),includingallclusters,isestimatedinexcessofDh120billion($32billion).

ConstructionissettocommencesoonontheExpo2020pavilionsandDubaiMetroRoute2020,whichwillextendfromNakheelHarbourandTowertoExpo2020venue.

#Affordablerealestate

Whenitcomestobuyingrealestate,Dubaiisfarmoreaffordablecitythanmanyglobalcities.

Vancouvertoppedthechartofthehighesthikesseenin2015with24.5percentfollowedbySydneyandShanghaiwith14.8percentand14.1percent,respectively.Dubai,however,slipped5.5percent,ranked96thamongthe100citiestrackedbytheconsultancy.AbuDhabiwasranked75th,withpricesdeclining2percent.
