迪拜大学与中国大学共同签署学术合作备忘录

签署备忘录是为了奠定坚固的局部兼区域性中医研究学习基础

迪拜:为奠定坚固的的局部兼区域性的中医研究学习基础，TheHamdanBinMohammadSmart大学(HBMSU)和上海国际合作中心传统医学院(SICCTM)签署了一份学术合作备忘录(MoU)。

周日声明表明，根据备忘录,HBMSU和SICCTM将在加强国际学术和专业交流、科学研究和发展,中医教育和培训方面进行合作。合作将从迪拜开始，渐渐地扩大到整个阿联酋地区，最终延伸到更广阔的中东地区。

MansourAlAwarHBMSU的校长MansourAlAwar说：“我们坚信，将大学作为中医知识开拓中心对中医研究来说是一个巨大的突破。中医作为一门古老的科学,已被证明在治疗病人的身体、精神、心理和社会疾病方面非常有效。“

上海国际合作中心传统医学院（SICCTM）的主任李商说,传统中医“在世界范围内获得了越来越多的认可,在中东地区的市场份额也在逐步扩大”。

他补充道：“阿联酋是海湾国家中最大也是最开放的市场。和TheHamdanBinMohammadSmart大学（HBMSU）签署的备忘录，无论是对满足日益增长的区域市场合格产品的供应要求，还是按照国际最高标准提供切实可行和综合的治疗方法来说都是性质上的巨大飞跃。”

中医包括草药、针灸、按摩治疗和营养学等。

Dubai:TheHamdanBinMohammadSmartUniversity(HBMSU)hassignedamemorandumofunderstanding(MoU)withShanghaiInternationalCooperationCentreofTraditionalMedicine(SICCTM)tocreatestrongresearchandlearningfoundationsforChinesemedicinelocallyandregionally.

UndertheMoU,theHBMSUandSICCTMwillcollaborateonstrengtheninginternationalacademicandprofessionalcommunication,scientificresearchanddevelopment,andeducationandtrainingonChinesemedicine,accordingtoastatementonSunday.TheywillinitiallyfocusonDubaiandeventuallyexpandtotheentireUAEandwiderMiddleEastregion.

“WeareconfidentthatthemovewillbeaquantumleapforustoestablishtheuniversityasapioneeringKnowledgeCentreofChineseMedicine,whichisanoldsciencethathasprovenexceptionallyefficientinhealingthesickbyaddressingtheirphysical,spiritual,psychologicalandsocialaspect,”statedMansourAlAwar,ChancellorofHBMSU.

LiShang,directorofSICCTM,saidthattraditionalChinesemedicinehas“gainedmoreandmoreunderstandingworldwide,includingintheMiddleEast,withitsmarketsharegraduallyexpanding”.

“TheUAEisthebiggestandmostopenmarketamongtheGulfcountries.TheMoUwithHBMSUcomesasaqualitativestepinmeetingthegrowingdemandforsupplyingtheregionalmarketwithqualifiedstaffinaccordancewiththehighestinternationalstandardstoprovidetreatmentsbasedonreliableandintegratedmethodologies,”headded.

Chinesemedicineincludesherbalmedicine,acupuncture,massagetherapyandnutrition,amongothers.
