在全球经济浪潮中，为期四天的阿拉伯旅游市场(ATM)于今天在迪拜开放。即使旅游业在中部市场还有很大的上升空间，但是具有增长潜力的旅游产业依旧保持着欣欣向荣之态。

迪拜旅游贸易市场公司(DCTCM)首席执行官IssamKazim称：“我们希望游客明白，迪拜是值得一游的城市。”

今年，阿拉伯旅游市场将主要精力放在中层市场的增长潜力，迪拜三星级和四星级酒店发展势头良好。自2013年迪拜市政局刺激旅游产业以来，已经有150家旅游公司入驻迪拜。预计2020年可以完成每年接待两千万游客的目标。

五年来，每次刺激旅游业，市政府便会免除三星级、四星级酒店投资商和开发商每晚10%的房价税收。

Kazim说：“奢侈品依然是迪拜经济增长计划的中心，原因是游客对奢侈品的需求有增无减。”

“我们正在中部地区寻求市场多元化条件，确保迪拜成为阿联酋的旅游中心。”

"Wewanttouriststobeclearononething,andthatisthefactthatDubaiisanaffordablecity,"revealedIssamKazim,CEO,DubaiCorporationforTourismandCommerceMarketing(DCTCM).

Withthisyear'sATMfocusingonthepotentialforgrowthinthemid-marketsegment,Dubairemainsbullishonitsdevelopmentofthree-andfour-starhotels,with150applicationsreceivedsincetheauthorityitsincentivesprogrammein2013,whichwasimplementedtoachievetheobjectiveof20millionvisitorsperyearby2020.

Aspertheincentive,investorsanddevelopersofthreeandfour-starhotelswereofferedanincentivetowaivethe10percentmunicipalityfeeleviedontheroomrateforeachnightofoccupancyforfiveyears.

SaidKazim:"LuxurywillstillremainafocusforDubai'sgrowthplan,andthereasonforthatisademandforitfromvisitors.

"However,onthemidmarketsegmentside,wearelookingatdiversifyingourkeysourcemarkets;wearelookingtomakesureDubaihasawideroptionbaseforindividualstravellingtotheemirate."
