Chinese HR Executive

AleadingshoppingmallmanagementcorporationislookingforaChineseHRExecutivetohandleavarietyofpersonnelrelatedadministrativeduties.HRExecutiveresponsibilitiesincludeprovidinginformationandclericalsupporttotheHRdepartmentandemployeesregardinghumanresourcesactivities,policies,processesandprocedures.

Responsibilities:

Providejobcandidatesbyscreening,interviewing,andtestingapplicants;notifyingexistingstaffofinternalopportunities;maintainingpersonnelrecords

AssistwithdaytodayoperationsoftheHRfunctionsandduties

ProvideclericalandadministrativesupporttoHumanResourcesdepartment

Compileandupdateemployeerecords

Processdocumentationandpreparereportsrelatingtopersonnelactivities(staffing,recruitment,training,grievances,performanceevaluationsetc.)

CoordinateHRprojects(meetings,training,surveysetc.)andtakeminutesofmeeting

Dealwithemployeerequestsregardinghumanresourcesissues,rules,andregulations

Assistinpayrollpreparationbyprovidingrelevantdata(absences,bonus,leaves,etc.)

Properlyhandlecomplaintsandgrievanceprocedures

Conductinitialorientationtonewlyhiredemployees

Communicatewithpublicserviceswhennecessary

Accomplisheshumanresourcesdepartmentandorganizationmissionbycompletingrelatedresultsasneeded.
